CONCORDIA PRESENTS ANNUAL JURIED ART EXIBITION
The Concordia College Art Department will present the annual Juried Student Art Exhibition Tuesday, March 15 through Sunday, April 3.
The exhibition is open to all student work completed in the art program in the past 12 months and features sculpture, graphic design, ceramics, printmaking, drawing, photography and painting.
This year’s juror, Robb Siverson, is a large format photographer who has been photographing the Northern Great Plains landscape for the past six years. Siverson earned a Bachelor of Arts from MSU Moorhead with an emphasis in photography. He works with traditional darkroom techniques including various alternative photographic processes, and has exhibited and published work throughout the region and country. Selections from his body of work will also be on display in the gallery.
Gallery hours are 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 1-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.The exhibit and public reception, scheduled for Tuesday, March 15, 4:30-6 p.m., are free and open to the public. For more information call the Art Department at (218) 299-4623.
