ANNUAL POPS AND POPCORN CONCERT TO BE HELD AT CONCORDIA

    Concordia College Music Organizations presents the annual Pops and Popcorn Concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29 in Memorial Auditorium.
    The Concordia Orchestra, conducted by Bruce Houglum, will perform works including “The Donna Diana Overture,” “Overture to ‘West Side Story’” and several selections from “Harry Potter.” The orchestra will be joined by the Red River Dance and Performing Company for the performance of “Carmen: Suite No. 1”.  The Concordia College Symphonia, conducted by Jane Linde Capistran, will open the concert with “Marche Miliaire.”
     The concert is free and open to the public.
