FOURTH ANNUAL PRISM CONCERT AT CONCORDIA

    Concordia College Music Organizations presents the fourth annual PRISM concert 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 21 in Memorial Auditorium on the Moorhead, Minn., campus.
    This unique concert is a continuous surround-sound experience, with one ensemble seamlessly following another without pause. Several instrumental groups, including The Concordia Band, the Symphonic Band, the Echo Band, Percussion Ensemble and Jazz Ensembles I & II, as well as faculty soloists and several chamber ensembles, will be performing. The audience is in the center of it all with the performing groups encircling it.
    The concert will feature a variety of music, including “Symphony in Bb” by Paul Hindemith, “March of the Trolls, Op. 54” by Edvard Grieg, a traditional Mexican song “El Rascapetate”, and “Kpanlogo, a traditional Ghanaian song performed by the West African Drums and Dancers.
    The concert is free and open to the public.
