SPANISH MUSIC FACULTY RECITAL AT CONCORDIA
Enjoy an evening of Spanish music featuring guest artists Dr. Genaro Méndez, tenor, Dr. Brad Martin, piano, and Concordia College music faculty mezzo-soprano, Dr. Holly Wrensch at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 8 in Christiansen Recital Hall, Hvidsten Hall of Music. The recital is free and open to the public.
Martin, a native Australian, serves as assistant professor at Western Carolina University and is director of the musical theatre program. A Nevada native, Méndez is an associate professor at the University of Kansas as well as the founding director of FIMEL – Festival Internacional de la Música Española y Latinoamericana.
Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering 78 majors, including 18 honors majors, and 12 preprofessional programs.
