CONCORDIA TO PRESENT CHOIRS AND BELLS CONCERT

   The music department at Concordia College will present a Choirs and Bells Concert at 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1 in Memorial Auditorium featuring Cantabile, Männerchor, the Concordia Chapel Choir, Bel Canto, Campana and Tintinnabula.
    Cantabile is a first-year women’s choir and Männerchor is a choir made up of first-year male students. A blend of 90 voices creates the stunning sound of the Concordia Chapel Choir and all three choirs are conducted by Michael Smith.
    Bel Canto is a choral ensemble comprised of upperclass women who perform locally and on campus during concerts and is conducted by Nicki Bakko Toliver. Tintinnabula and Campana handbell choirs are conducted by Jessica Westgard.
    Music from a variety of composers will be performed at the concert which is free and open to the public.
