CONCORDIA ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR OF
VOCATION AND CHURCH LEADERSHIP

    Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., announces the appointment of Rev. Tom Schlotterback as the director of Vocation and Church Leadership. He will assist Concordia in its mission to be a college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, exploring emerging creative partnerships with synodical and churchwide expressions of the ELCA.
    Schlotterback, a 1982 Concordia graduate and a 1987 graduate of Luther Theological Seminary, has served congregations in Fremont and Omaha, Neb. Most recently he has served as senior pastor of King of Glory Lutheran Church, Billings, Mont., and as a member of Concordia’s Board of Regents. Schlotterback will begin his work in January 2010.
    Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering 78 majors, including 18 honors majors, and 12 preprofessional programs.
