FACULTY FLUTE RECITAL AT CONCORDIA
   
    Concordia faculty will present a recital at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 2 in Christiansen Recital Hall. The recital is free and open to the public.
    Deb Harris, flute, with: Judy Dietzler, piano; Michael Coates, guitar; Russ Peterson; saxophone and Jay Hershberger, piano will perform works by Martinu, Taktakishvili, Hoover and Libby Larsen. The concert will also feature the world premiere of Russ Peterson’s new “Trio for Flute, Alto Saxophone and Piano.”
    Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering 78 majors, including 18 honors majors, and 12 preprofessional programs.
