FACULTY RECITAL FEATURES FILM MUSIC FROM GOLDEN ERA
Concordia faculty Dr. Gregory Hamilton, cello, and Dr. Jay Hershberger, piano, will perform a recital, “Beethoven Meets Hollywood,” at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 11 in Christiansen Recital Hall, Hvidsten Hall of Music.
The recital is free and open to the public.
Concert works from film composers of the Golden Era are featured along with Beethoven’s Fifth Sonata for Cello and Piano.
Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering 78 majors, including 18 honors majors, and 12 preprofessional programs.
