Honor Band Weekend 2012

March 30 - April 1, 2012

The fifth annual Concordia College High School Honor Band Weekend took place March 30 - April 1, 2012. 88 high school musicians, representing six upper midwest states, were selected by audition to participate in the event.

The guest composer/conductor for the weekend was Brian Balmages.  His piece, Still, which was commissioned for the 2012 Honor Band, was premiered at the Sunday afternoon concert.
