Campus Involvement

I am in choir and am a special events commissioner for Campus Entertainment Commission. I want to create some new events for CEC this year, like game nights based on Family Feud or Minute to Win It. I’m also responsible for bringing a variety of acts to campus – magicians, comedians, etc.

What brought you to Concordia?

I knew I wanted to go to a small, liberal arts college. Concordia has strong academics and a great music program, and that was important. But what really sold me was that when I came for a tour, it felt like a perfect fit for me. I got involved right away, and that made a really big impact on my experience so far. Everyone is so nice and welcoming; it feels like home, and that’s why I like it.

What is your dream job?

I think I want to be a teacher, although I’m not 100 percent sure yet. Whatever I do, I want a job where I love going to work every day. I want to make a difference to people, and I want others to get something out of me performing my job.
