2012-13 SABBATICAL LEAVE APPLICATIONS DUE OCT. 31

Dear Faculty,

Applications for sabbatical leaves for the 2012-13 academic year are due in the Academic Affairs office (ATTN: Laura Hoverson) by October 31, 2011.  Application procedures and program information are found in chapter 4 of the Faculty Handbook.

Sabbatical leave application forms are available on the Academic Affairs website and in C-Port.  For more information, please contact the Academic Affairs office at x3001 or email lhoverso@cord.edu.

Important Note:  The application form has been slightly modified within the last few days.  Please verify that you are using the most up-to-date form.  The most important change is that the application will be limited to 3-5 pages in length (excluding the Chair’s supplemental letter).
