Men's Basketball

The men's basketball program has a rich tradition at Concordia. Initially started in 1911, the men's basketball team won a pair of regular season championships in the 1980's, followed that with a conference tournament title in 1996 and has been on the verge of getting into the top tier of the MIAC in the past three years.

Current Concordia head coach Rich Glas brings experience at the NCAA Division II and I levels and is one of the winningest active coaches in the nation. In the past three seasons he has brought in talented players from all over the area which helped the Cobbers earn a spot in the MIAC playoffs in 2010-11. It was the first conference playoff appearance since 2007-08. The 2010-11 season also saw CC post the highest win total in the past seven seasons.
