Enrollment Deposit

Students who are accepted pay a $200 enrollment deposit to finalize your admission.  Once we receive this deposit we start to make definite plans for you to attend, and we make sure things will be ready for you when you arrive.  The $200 is a deposit and not a fee, and you will receive a credit for this deposit on your first fee statement.  If you pay the deposit but are unable to obtain a US visa, the deposit can be refunded to you.

Accepted students may pay the deposit by requesting a bank transfer of funds (please request wire transfer information by email), or by obtaining a check or money order at a bank.  If you request wire transfer, please inquire about transit/intermediate fees as well as fees your bank will charge - it is common that students wire us $200 but we receive $170 to $190 because fees were deducted before it reached our bank.

If you obtain a check or money order at a bank, please request that it be:

  1. Payable in US Dollars (US$)
  2. Payable at a US bank
  3. Payable on demand (please do not send a "sight draft" as there are significant delays and charges associated with them)

At this time we cannot accept credit card payment for the enrollment deposit or for any tuition and fee payment, although credit cards can be used to purchase items in the bookstore.
