Concordia offers one of the best values in American higher education.  We are located in a lower cost geographic region of the United States (also a very safe region), and so we can provide high quality education at a lower cost than similar schools in more expensive locations.  In addition, Concordia prizes the contributions international students make to enhance education on campus, and we are pleased to make available International Student Scholarships that can cover a portion of the costs and help make it more possible for students to enroll.

International Student Scholarships  based on academic ability and on family need are available.  These scholarships can go as high as $14,000 per year for 2009-10, and as high as $15,000 per year for 2010-11.

In addition to scholarships, international students are eligible to work on campus.  Campus employment opportunities are plentiful.  We estimate students will earn $2,500 per year from working, but some students who work as much as possible are able to double the estimate.

Education in the USA is expensive.  By offering quality education at a modest cost, and making scholarships and work opportunities available for international students, we hope to make it possible to attract and enroll qualified international students.

Each student/family must submit documentation and certify they have willingness and financial ability to pay their share of the cost before Concordia (or any school) can issue an I-20 form a student needs to apply for a visa.
