Tickets for 2008 Spring Commencement
Graduation is well attended by family and friends of graduates. Only those with tickets will be admitted to Memorial Auditorium. Those without tickets will be directed to the auxiliary seating area in the Olson Forum. This is excellent seating with air conditioning and large screen projection. It is especially desirable for people who might find climbing stairs difficult or those with young children.
Tickets available for pick-up:
When: March 31 - April 25
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Where: Campus Information – Second floor of the Knutson Campus Center
Ticket Distribution:
- Each graduate receives up to 7 tickets with Concordia ID.
- Faculty and Staff receive 1 ticket with Concordia ID, on a first come, first serve basis. Faculty who process will not need tickets, but may receive one if available. They must pick-up tickets in person or email Campus Information from their Concordia email account to permit another to pick-up his/her ticket.
- Handicap seating is available on the floor. Students must request tickets for handicap seating.
- Students studying abroad should email Campus Information to reserve their tickets and designate who will be allowed to pick them up.
- For those requesting extra tickets:
- Ask friends for extra tickets.
- Unclaimed tickets will be redistributed a few days before graduation to graduates that requested extra tickets, but there will be no guarantee they will receive all the extra tickets requested. Students will be contacted by email.
- No tickets are needed for the overflow seating in the Olson Forum.
