December Graduates Information

• You may pick up your cap and gown from the Cobber Bookstore Dec. 9 and 10. After Dec. 10, they will be available only by making arrangements with the Bookstore staff at 218.299.3017 or 800.828.6409. The cost for the cap, gown and tassel is $30. Concordia approved graduation garb, designated with the Concordia logo, is required in order to participate in the Commencement ceremony and is available for purchase only at the Cobber Bookstore. Printed graduation announcements are also available at the bookstore.
• Jolesch Photography will be taking graduation photos during Commencement and can be contacted if you have any questions.
• Please assemble behind the stage/curtains on the main gym floor no later than 7 p.m. Dec. 17. At the beginning of the Commencement ceremony, staff marshals will lead the procession and graduates will process in single file in the order listed in the program. Following the announcement concerning the presentation of candidates for degrees by the academic dean, you are asked to follow the directions of staff marshals in order to receive you diploma covers. We ask that you pause at the marker indicated on the auditorium floor until your name is read, then proceed to receive your diploma cover from President Jolicoeur and shake hands with the platform party prior to returning to your seat. At the conclusion of the commencement ceremony, staff marshals will lead graduates during the recessional.
