Spanish and Hispanic Studies Alumni

A degree in Spanish and Hispanic studies from Concordia is perfect preparation for a career in innumerable fields such as international business, communication, economics, education, ministry and more. Our graduates have continued their study at top universities such the University of Minnesota, Indiana University and Monterey Institute of International Studies. They’re teaching Spanish at all levels across the country. One is an NBC affiliate news producer, another a Concordia Language Villages dean. Many of our grads are working for internationally recognized companies and programs such as Habitat for Humanity in Arizona, Lutheran Global Mission in Argentina and Mexico, and Microsoft in Washington.

Pairing a Spanish and Hispanic studies major with another major or minor is very common at Concordia and will help set you up for a fulfilling career in medicine, social work, ministry, state extension services, business and much more.
