Presenter Information

The abstract submission process is complete.  The deadline was March 10th, 2011. 

Information for Poster Presenters:

Important: We do NOT have corkboard type displays for pinning large poster printouts.  However, we will supply a stable cardboard support for any computer-printed posters. We also provide easles to hold your poster boards. 

** Our Supports will fit posters measuring up to 36" in height x 48" in length.**

Information for Paper Presenters: 

Paper presentations will be scheduled for a total allotted time of 15 minutes.  The verbal presentations should be completed in approximately 12 minutes with the remaining 3 minutes reserved for questions and transitioning for the next presentation. 

A PC and projector will be provided for presenters doing a verbal presentation.
