As a Concordia physics students, you’ll have the chance to do just that. Thanks to amazing faculty who are accomplished scientists, one-on-one research opportunities and small class sizes, you’ll be able to explore all of your interests in physics while gaining valuable experience and knowledge. In fact, the new physic curriculum ensures that you will have a chance to participate in research project right alongside faculty. Some research opportunities include planetary science, nuclear physics, atomic and molecular physics, and high altitude physics.

Many students within the department have presented their research at national and international conferences, and have participated in experiments at major research universities, government labs and private research institutes. Our rigorous physics curriculum and focus on a liberal arts education is the perfect blend for preparation for graduate school or a career.

• Physics Education with Teaching License (Grades 9-12)
