Tri-College Film Library

What Is the Tri-College Film Library?

The Tri-College University Film Library is provided as an instructional resource for faculty members and includes films, videotapes, and laserdiscs requested by faculty and purchased or leased with consortium funds contributed by North Dakota State University, Concordia College, and Minnesota State University, Moorhead.

How Do I Order/Reserve a Film from the Tri-College Film Library?

Faculty may request Tri-College Film Library materials by telephone (218-477-2976) or via e-mail at tcufilm@mnstate.edu.

Please provide Film Library staff with your 14-digit library number on your Concordia ID.

Please reserve film and video materials well in advance of the viewing date. Make your request by title, catalog number and specific use date(s) to ensure accuracy. Know which format you are ordering, e.g. 16mm film, VHS video, DVD, or laserdisc. The Film Library does not provide the necessary projection equipment.

Films and videos may be checked for 1-3 days. Longer loans may be granted if extended use is necessary.

Items requested by Concordia's faculty members may be picked up at the Circulation Desk at the library.

How Do I Make Purchase Requests?

Faculty may request films to be purchased by the film library. Faculty members may also add their support for films suggested by their colleagues. To assist with developing the Tri-College Film Library's collection, please visit the Purchase Request Form page.
