Photocopying Policy

Library photocopiers are provided for use by Concordia College students, faculty, staff, Tri-College students, and community users.

Concordia College Students, Faculty, Staff, and Community Users

All library photocopiers require the use of the Concordia Copy Card.

A Concordia I.D. serves as a Copy Card for Concordia College students, faculty, and staff. Money ($1 minimum) can be added to the card at the load station next to the circulation desk. Copies cost $0.08 each using the copy card.

Community users who do not hold a valid Community User card may purchase a temporary Copy Card the Circulation Desk.

A temporary copy card can be purchased at the Circulation Desk. Temporary cards cost $2 and are pre-loaded with 12 copies. Cards expire after 6 months. Additional money can be added to the card at the load station.

Tri-College Users

A temporary copy card can be purchased at the Circulation Desk. Temporary cards cost $2 and are pre-loaded with 12 copies. Cards expire after 6 months. Additional money can be added to the card at the load station.

General Information

Copiers are located in the Reference Room. A copier in the College Archives (4th floor) serves patrons using that area only.

The library’s Circulation staff will cash checks up to $10 for those wishing to add money to their Copy Card. All other check cashing should be done at the college Business Office.

Patrons will pay $0.20 per page when library staff does the photocopying.
