1. Swedish Americans and coffee (why the connection made between Swedish Americans and coffee, origins and significance) with Swedish coffee pot water towers, "egg coffee" served by Salem [Swedish] Lutheran church at MN State Fair, Willmar Kaffe Fest, Folgers' Mrs. Olson, etc.)

2. Swedish American childhood

Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County is applying for a grant to fund changing a website one of my classes and I put together on a Swedish immigrant in Moorhead in the late 19th and early 20th centuries into a traveling exhibit.

Research and development of the Bergquist cabin in Moorhead as a historic site.
