Master of World Language Instruction
The Master of Education program is an innovative mix of online learning and on-site classes and observations at Concordia Language Villages. More than theory - you will "Live the Language Village experience" and find new ways to make language come alive for your students.
The small group size of only 8 to 12 students per cohort will allow instructors to adapt coursework to address the needs of individuals and their particular classroom situations. There will be ample time for students to share ideas, ask questions, and discuss relevant issues and concerns in second language teaching and learning.
The effective use of technology is woven into the program to address how young people are processing and sharing information today. Students will not only learn about current technology but, in keeping with the Language Village philosophy of learning by doing, will use these technologies to complete the online portion of the program during the academic year.
