Conference Travel Fund (formerly "Dean's Travel Fund")

• The Conference Travel Fund is a combined faculty/student fund, devoted to faculty travel expenses and student travel & lodging expenses.

• Conference participation is a requirement for both faculty and student funds.  "Conference participation" is interpreted to mean the presentation of scholarly research (including artistic endeavors).

• Faculty and Student Conference Travel Funds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  

• Requests will typically be restricted to one per fiscal year, and in the case of faculty should follow the depletion of personal development funds.

• Applications for support must include documentation of conference participation.

• All requests for use of Conference Travel Funds must be approved prior to use.

• FACULTY conference participation travel support will be capped at $1000 for international conferences and $500 for domestic conferences.

• STUDENT domestic conference participation travel support will be capped at $500.
