The College supports the following first-year experience faculty development programs:

New FYE Faculty Mentoring

In subsequent years, as new faculty are hired or current faculty start teaching in the first-year program, they will be given support to meet with a mentor to plan their FYE course in preparation for the FYE Faculty Summit.
