Board of Regents

The Board of Regents consists of 26 voting members, at least 16 of whom are members of congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. At least seven of the elective members must be pastors of the ELCA, of whom at least two must be bishops of synods within the Corporate Territory of the College. In addition, at least three elective members must be alumni of the College.

Each of the voting members of the Board of Regents is elected by the Corporation Assembly for a term of three years and subsequently may be elected for two additional full consecutive terms.
