Dear Alumni:
I am pleased to announce that the Board of Regents voted unanimously today to name Dr. William J. Craft president-elect of Concordia College. He will be the 11th president in Concordia’s 120-year history and will begin his duties July 11.
Dr. Craft has demonstrated exemplary leadership throughout his accomplished career in higher education. He believes in Concordia’s mission and has the experience, wisdom and drive to lead us to new heights of distinction.
We are eager to bring Dr. Craft back to campus so that he can be introduced officially as our president-elect and welcomed by the Concordia community. He certainly shares in that excitement. We are planning such an opportunity for March 30. Please watch for more details about his visit.
I want to thank Randy Boushek and the entire Presidential Search Committee for their dedication and great work, as well as all students, faculty, staff and alumni for your thoughtful engagement and prayers throughout this process. We are blessed to have Dr. Craft joining our Concordia community as we work together to advance the college’s mission.
