1. You must complete the student new-hire packet of information BEFORE the student can begin employment.  The student new-hire packet consists of several forms.  Each form in the student new-hire packet is provided individually below: 

• I-9
• Work-Certification
• Background check (applicable for only those students who will have access to resident halls)
• W-4
• MW-R
• Direct Deposit

     2. Provide the student a copy of the Student Employee Handbook.

     3. Provide the Student a copy of the paydates.
